The core team members have been involved in the R&D and industrialization of LTO batteries, including key materials, since 2008. Over more than a decade, they have continuously improved material properties and battery manufacturing processes, amassing significant technological expertise and demonstrating ongoing innovation and R&D capabilities. They are one of the world's first technical team dedicated to the development and industrialization of LTO batteries.

The team has attracted top talent since the inception of China's LTO industry, with many members having over ten years 
of experience as senior executives in well-known companies. They possess deep technical skills, extensive management
experience, and a sharp market insight, having engaged with customers across various market sectors.
