World’s largest LTO Battery power station

Ningbo Energy Group 50MW/100MWh independent energy storage power station, located in Ningbo Yuyao Guangyao Thermal Power station, is the first batch of new energy storage demonstration projects in Zhejiang Province in the "14th Five-Year Plan", the capacity of LFP energy storage system is 45MW/90MWh, and the capacity of LTO energy storage system is 5MW/10MWh(the LTO battery system can be enhanced to higher power capability).

The project started in October 2022 and is scheduled for trial operation in June 2023. As the first batch of grid-side independent energy storage power stations in Zhejiang Province, participating in the power spot trading and power auxiliary service market can significantly improve the eiciency of new energy consumption in the region, and also provide a strong guarantee for the construction of a diversified integration of highly flexible power grid.

LTO energy storage stations (on the user side) are primarily dedicated to addressing the issue of significant fluctuations caused by user-generated renewable energy or high-power loads. Thanks to their highpower and long lifespan, they enhance power stability and affordability for users in a safer manner.

In the realm of energy storage stations (on the power grid side), LTO battery offer a solution for both primary and secondary frequency regulation, boasting a lifespan of up to 10 years. They excel in meeting the challenge of frequent charge and discharge cycles in the frequency regulation domain, while also satisfying the high-power and high-safety demands of the power sector with their rapid charge and discharge capabilities and intrinsic safety features.
